Macbook Air: The Best Laptop For Students
If you are a college student, a laptop will be one of those inevitable gadgets that you show have. Well I'm a college student ,when I am looking out for a new laptop for me or my friends,
I usually end up looking for a few features on it . First and the important thing is the battery life ,the more the battery stays ...the less I'll have to carry a charger along and look for a power plug. The second point is the weight or portability of the device, I don't want to lo0ose all the text books at home just to carry a laptop with me..so that's something important. The next feature with no doubt is the cost or the expense I cant let my entire budget gone on a laptop..so buy something that fits your pocket. And Last but not least i'll need a better keyboard which feel good when typing. I'm sure that I'm gonna have a lotttt to writ...and one thing...extra points for backlighted keyboard.
Matching up all these needs on my Future laptops drive me nuts. But later after spending some times googling ,I ended up in three types .Either I could go for a Chromebook or a windows ultrabook or else I can hit for a MacBook air. I checked up on all these three types of laptops and here's what I found:
The air has a better keyboard, bigger battery life and an ultra slim aluminum body. Having a MacBook air 13'' with 128 Gb flash storage will be pretty great for me as it have a great spec for its price $1099.Although I am a windows fan, I chose the Air because if I need windows on the air I can use boot camp and install windows along with OS X.

Chromebooks
Of course they are one of the cheapest but great laptop for students. But they have a lot of Cons than Pros..
- it has chrome OS which is kinda web based.....Not good for a student
- Weak PDF support
- no MTP support
so I gave up on chromebooks ...sorry about that Google ;)
Windows Ultrabooks
They are Fast ,slim and customizable... But they seems expensive a little bit when comparing with MacBook air of same specs. Feel free to look at this comparison between MacBook air and an Microsoft surface pro 3.MacBook air stays top when looking at battery life and cost.
